Strength

At CVHG we are really focused on making sure that you build the proper strength for whatever extreme sport it is that you are trying to conquer. We mainly like to focus on people in contact sports like football, rugby & other super extreme martial arts sports.

Some of our favorites are boxing, kick boxing, jiu jitsu, judo & and anything that consists of 1 on 1 combat. We believe that is the most pure form of sporting event there is…just two people fighting to see who is the better person. No team to back you up, just you.

So lets make sure that we stay focused and we will help you learn how to properly build strength for your sport.
